Are you serious? How I am being rude? Where is the offense here?
Seriously Dude! Did you read? Where is the offense? Where is the sarcasm? Where is the insult? Did I critize you? Did I lied? Did I get something wrong?
Basically what I said is that if players are bothered with the issue that much they should email HSX staff not you (unless that have changed recently?) since as far I know you don't have the power to do anything practical to resolve the issue (delete accounts, take away posting privileges etc.). E-mailing you is no good since it does nothing at exception for venting anger, frustation or any other psych benefit that they may get from it.
Again how I being rude? How I am taking away the fun of the game with that 2 lines of reply? Did I wrote something in code? perhaps a subliminar message? What the hell you thought I meant?
In short.... Want something done e-mail HSX not Razorhack even though he is so active in the website. That was it. Guess what? You went to say the same in your reply.
About 80 % of your reply.... I am well aware of your HSX activity ( league, website, frequent posting); I said so myself "But considering your activity I can understand why they will email you". It stands to logic that because you being so active some newbies may think that you are staff or can do something about it.
You said "But to respond to you.....". To respond to what? I am not asking anything. To respond to why they email you perhaps? Guess what is there, I said it myself. "But considering your activity I can understand why they will email you". So what is the problem then? Again where is the insult or offense here? I am not even criticizing you, your actions, your thoughts, your activity or anything personal.
You also said "Your snarky response here is exactly the type of posts that are ruining the fun at HSX for a lot of players. Why did you even need to chime in to my post? It did not mention you or involve you ...it sure did not need your snarky response." If those words apply to some reply, it will be your own not mine. Again what was my sin here? Reply to your message perhaps saying email HSX not you? Did I said something personal? Give you an order, a suggestion? The answer is no; Then what is the issue?
The fun & sad part here is that your own words applies to your reply not mine.
Furthermore Did you forget that not so long ago a player that does not seen to like you ask you repeatedly (more than once) not to reply to his posts (not talk to him)? and what you did? Ahh you ignore him and continue replying tofar his posts saying you can reply to anything since it was your right, even Antibody came into the discussion saying it was a public forum and that anybody can reply to anybody. I guess even that you were involved you forgot that... because if you did not, then why you say "Why did you even need to chime in to my post? Is there a double standard here and you can comment into everyone posts but damned the fool that dares to reply into one of yours? Here is worst because I am not even contradicting you.
As for my opinion in the issue I do not condoned it and is rarely the ocassion ; I think not even once that I have attacked the character of anyone here, I may disagee with someone but I always try to give my reasoning behind it, provide supporting prove if any and when there is a confusion I write these lengthy post as to be clear and keep issues in perspective not personal and finally when I made a mistake I apologize for it.
Most of my lip here (really few occurences) goes to the staff rather than other players and is rather to question motives or reasoning for actions or explanations that seen contradictories to its predecesors nor their ability to implement those actions as a staff.
I don't mind to discuss and will do it when necessary, and I expect other people do the same. I undersand that some people like to joke sometimes and that everyone has its own way of view things. I know that there are people more sensitive than others (you seen to be one) and I don't expect nor think that is healthy that all people agrees with each other. If people do not get along that is fine although I prefer they do. As long there is logic and reasoning (meaning thuth) involved I don't mind and I can justify a discussion or a fight. I expect that most people can distinguish what is what between these things and if they don't I see it as their problem not mine.
I think the staff and few veterans player does a good job policing the issue and balance prevails. Also the situation seems to be concentrate among some players (you included) so I think is a issue of statistics rather than a general problem. "You post more and tend to comment into everything therefore you will get more negative feedback also, hence your opinion". Also lately you seem to have become used to impose your opinions rather than presenting them, a style that is more likely to bring those kind of responses. You should have seen that when you inform about a link, or a news most people say thanks at difference when you contradict others, it is the nature of the thing not a personal issue but again that is your style, some people are used to it, other just don't like it, I personally don't care.
You said several not one, two, a few, some or even many. Foward that to the staff if there are such numbers, it will call his attention and do something about it. He normaly responds. Or it is just rant inside a gruop.
In this same thread the guy that start it apologize for barking back (good for him, speak well of him) , I wonder what you will do considering your reply. It is ironic that the people who ask for this just do it in the same thread.
