Description

The FBI, CIA and Army join forces when rumors surface that terrorists may bomb New York City. Willis plays an Army general, Washington plays an FBI agent, and Bening plays a CIA agent. The three must find out more about the terrorists to avert disaster.

The film has ignited some controversy from groups such as The Council on American-Islamic Relations who fear that the film will exacerbate xenophobic reactions to American Muslims and Arab-Americans.
