reboots make me angry.

Its what they do when they dont think they will make money on a sequel or a actor pulls out. I know we will start from scratch, what is it now, the new Terminator will be a reboot or there is one in the works, this, arent they rebooting the reboot of superman? the only good reboot ive seen so far is Batman, and that only worked because the originals were rarely done by the same actors/directors/writers so they all had different feels. rebooting wasn't that big of deal as we never got attached to Batman the actor. Also the Bond series works for the same way. That is the only movie franchise that has succeeded in making the character the point regardless of the face playing him. the reboot of the terminator series will suck, Arnold was to iconic. rebooting spiderman will suck too, I know they are going the Amazing Spiderman route this time and I understand that, but Toby McGuire became the face of spiderman, unless they pull some amazing marketing out of thin air it just wont fly, there will be comparisons to the original and it will fall flat. man i just went on a rant there. anyways. reboots make me angry.
