it was announced some time ago that HBO Max and Discovery networks would merge. there's no way they abandon the HBO Max brand
for whatever the ultimate dual platform looks like. it took them 2+ years to finally get people to understand the difference between "HBO" and "HBO Max" they're not going to **** with the name now, even if it ultimately includes all the Discovery branded content
