Why are you trying to start an argument about something completely unrelated to the topic at hand?
Since you brought it up though, no, it's not ok for people to be condemned to Hell. God doesn't want to throw anyone there, but they continue to rebel against Him and His laws, so He has no other choice. Hell is a place of eternal torment and suffering, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone, not even my worst enemy.
And you're getting it wrong. You're saying that because God doesn't allow you to continue doing what you want and punishes you for it that's not a compassionate God. Why would a just and righteous judge want to let criminals walk free? Is that being just or righteous? No, it's not. That would only prove that he is no longer just and righteous. It's the same with God. Every single person on this planet has broken at least one of God's laws. If we've lied, if we've stolen something, if we've looked with lust, if we've taken His Name in vain, we're guilty of breaking His law, and He has no choice but to sentence us to Hell as a just punishment for our wilfull rebellion. Read through the Ten Commandments. That's the holy standard that God expects us to live up to. If you've broken one, you're guilty of breaking them all, and you deserve to die. It's only by God's grace that He continues to allow anyone to live, because if He dealt justly with everyone on the earth, everyone would die, and I mean everyone. Can't you see? We're all condemned to an eternity in Hell because of our wilfull disobedience against His laws. Doesn't that concern you? The very fact that He was willing to send His Son down to this earth to suffer and die in your place, my place, and everyone else's place, and then rise from the grave, defeating death, so that we could become right with Him, shows that He is compassionate, and more than that, that He loves us. If you picture that you're in a courtroom, and there is overwhelming evidence of your guilt. The fine is set at $1M or you go to jail for the rest of your life, and you tell the judge "I can't pay that fine." He's about to send you off to prison when someone you don't even know steps in and says "Judge, I love this man so much that I sold everything that I have to come and pay his fine." The judge then says "You're free to go." That's the equivalent of what God did for you, for me, for everyone through Jesus. But you can't try to accept that unless you accept it on God's terms. If you truly want that, you need to renounce all of the things that you know you're doing that are against God's Word and turn away from them, and put on the Lord Jesus like you'd put on a parachute, starting to obey what He says in His Word. Then you'll become a new person with a new heart and new desires, and you'll be assured of living in paradise with God when you die. I don't want anyone here to have to suffer, and I'm sharing this because I care about you. Please think seriously about it.
Gay Marraige? Do you support it?
