I don't see how Hurt Locker got a nom. It is just OK. I think some want to call it 'reality,' even with clear Hollywood fictional strokes.

I think Inglorious Basters would be my choice. I also think District 9 is more worthy than Hurt Locker. I have not seen Avatar.
